As soon as I heard this term (admittedly a year after everyone else) I knew it was problematic cos there was no equally-used male equivalent. Actually, I didn’t know. A friend who is a person of colour pointed it out to me. Maybe now we can give people the name was originally meant to describe a more gender and age neutral name. Like Asshole.
