I hope you get a good price after all your stress and work. While my experience doesn’t sound as bad as yours, renting my Australian apartment while I live in Spain has been nothing but money and stress. I’m going to move back there so I can focus on paying the mortgage and next time I move countries I’ll sell it as renting isn’t worth it.
