I started getting the sweats and really greasy hair (delightful) at 42 and my gynae advised me to go back on the pill. I'll be 50 at the end of the year and am happy to bid farewell to my period but I'll also be moving countries so really can do without the mood issues, so I think I'll stay on the pill 'til I'm settled back in Australia then see what my options are.
