I Wrote a Story About the Devil and Now I Have 666 Followers

Luckily I’m not superstitious or religious

The other day I wrote a piece about the demon from The Exorcist and the very next day I had 666 followers.

“Ha! That’s pretty cool,” I thought unto myself.

I screenshotted the proof that was in the Satanic pudding, then went about my day.

As a kid, I was terrified of all things devilish. As an adult, I’m interested in the cultural aspects — how the gods and demons of yesteryear were painted in a scary picture to make way for Christianity and all that.

A day later, my follower count changed and the spooky phenomenon was over.
