Something similar happened with my Instagram account. Pretty sure it was an accidental bot as I try to be careful with terms of use. I followed all the steps to get the account re-activated but a month later they haven’t responded so I’ll just let the account go. Glad Medium fixed your issue quickly. Will you re-publish the story you deleted?
