Resolutions or no resolutions?

Resolutions

It sounds all cynical and cool to say you don’t like resolutions. But there’s something fresh and shiny about a new year that begs for a few resolutions to be made.

This year I’ve made a list of habits to kick or start. I’m working on one at a time because I know if I try them all at once I’m doomed. At the moment, I’m trying to get into the habit of walking at least 10,000 steps a day.
